This week’s basket includes: zucchini and summer squash, cucumbers, red and green leaf lettuce, bok choi, green pepper, cilantro, scallions, and broccoli
- Honey-key lime grilled chicken with grilled zucchini
- Scallion crepes with greens
- Pasta with vegetables and ricotta
- (Lettuce and cucumbers in salads)
That should take care of everything, I think.
