CSA Week Four: Ingredients

(I’m almost caught up now!)

This week’s basket includes: zucchini and summer squash, cucumbers, red and green leaf lettuce, bok choi, green pepper, cilantro, scallions, and broccoli

Plan for the week:

  • Honey-key lime grilled chicken with grilled zucchini
  • Scallion crepes with greens
  • Pasta with vegetables and ricotta
  • (Lettuce and cucumbers in salads)

That should take care of everything, I think.
